Spike Play reserves the right to update this policy from time to time, at any time, without prior notice. All changes are effective immediately when posted and shall apply to your continued use of the Website thereafter.
You acknowledge that the Website is a social gaming platform provided for entertainment purposes and not operated for the purpose of engaging or providing gambling related services or assisting in the advancement of any gambling activity.

Self-Exclusion
You may voluntarily self-exclude yourself from accessing games on the Website at any time. You will not be able to access your account until the designated self-exclusion period has expired and your account is reinstated. The self-exclusion will last for a period of at least 30 days (however, you may ask for a longer period of time) and will only be lifted after we receive your written email requesting to reinstate your account. It will not be possible for you to reactivate your account prior to the conclusion of the self-exclusion period.
If you choose to self-exclude, we will use all reasonable efforts to ensure we comply with your self-exclusion. We are not responsible for any consequences or losses, howsoever caused, that you may suffer or incur if you attempt to continue to access or make use of the Website through additional and/or alternative online accounts in circumstances where you have changed any of the registration details (i.e. registered an account using a different email or contact information), provided misleading, inaccurate or incomplete details, or otherwise seek to circumvent the self-exclusion period.
During a period of self-exclusion, we will use reasonable efforts to not send you any promotional material; provided, subject to you opting out from receiving any marketing communications in accordance with the procedures set forth in our Terms and Conditions, Spike Play does not, and cannot, guarantee that you will never receive communications promoting various aspects of the Website during any period of self-exclusion.
During a period of self-exclusion, you may not open a new account. Should we find that you have created an alternative account in order to circumvent the self-exclusion process, we will immediately terminate your account(s), and you will be banned from further accessing the Website. You further acknowledge that such act shall constitute a full and complete waiver of, and release of Spike Play from, all claims that could be alleged by you regarding our failure to abide the terms of this policy.
Deleting Your Account

Self-Limitation
Spike Play recommends that you set limits in order to avoid abusing the Services. We offer the following tools to limit your use of the Services:
Purchase Limits (Spike Coins): You may request daily, weekly, or monthly limitations on the amount of Spike Coins you can purchase. Once the limit is reached, you will not be able to make any new purchases until the limit is reset. Please remember that there is no purchase necessary for you to participate on the Website. Play Limits (Spike Cash / Spike Coins): You may request daily, weekly, or monthly limitations on the amount of (i) Spike Coins used to play Social Games, and/or (ii) Spike Cash you can use to play Promotions offered on the Website. Once the limit is reached, you will not be able to use Spike Coins and/or Spike Cash and/or otherwise participate in games until the limit is reset.
You may set limits by contacting us at contact@spikeplay.com. We will use best efforts to implement limits as soon as possible; however, until in place, you are responsible for ensuring that you do not exceed the limits you have set for yourself. You can change or revoke the limits you have set at any time. Self-limitation is in addition to the limitations on gameplay that may imposed by Spike Play in accordance with applicable law(s) and/or the provisions set forth in our Terms and Conditions, or otherwise in accordance with our sole discretion.
You understand and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining whether either of the aforementioned self-limitation measures are necessary in order for you to continue using the Website.
